Effluents legal requirements 

Effluent management and water use are among the key priorities of the European Community. Both issues are regulated by the same legal acts. In Poland, wastewater management is governed by the provisions of the Water Law and the Act on public water supply and effluent discharge which set forth the terms and conditions for using water resources and generating and evacuating wastewater.
