The Issuer’s shares are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, and its share capital is divided into 5,900,000,000 ordinary bearer shares with a par value of PLN 1.00 per share.
In 2014, the State Treasury, represented by the Minister of the State Treasury (ul. Krucza 36/Wspólna 6, 00-522 Warsaw), was the only shareholder holding a significant holding of Issuer shares (more than 5% of the Issuer’s share capital).
