Management Board

Michał Szubski - President of the Management Board of PGNiG
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He completed post‑graduatestudies in "Management of an Energy Company" and "Natural Gas Transportand Distribution". He was employed in PGNiG in1994, first in the state‑owned company and later in the joint‑stock company, holding the positions of Director of the Presidium Office of the Company (1996-1999), Director of the Legal Office (1999-2000), Director of the Corporate Office (2000). Since October 1 2000 he has worked in the Mazovian Gas Unit "Gazownia Warszawska", initially as Deputy Director for Restructuring and then as General Director (2001-2002). In the years 2003-2007 he wasthe President of the Management Board of Mazovian Gas Company (Mazowiecka Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o.). In years 2007-2008 was an Advisor to the Management Board of PGNiG.
He received a number of distinctions, including a Sliver Merit Cross (2004), and decorations for "Distinguished Service for PolishMining Industry" and "Distinguished Service for PGNiG". -
Radosław Dudziński - Vice President for Strategy
A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, specialisation in Gas Engineering. He also holds an Executive MBA degree from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. He has been with PGNiG since 1998. In the years 1998-2000 he gradually advanced through different ranks in the operation division. In 2000-2003 served as Director of the Strategy Office in PGNiG, and in 2003-2006 as Director of Strategy and Restructuring Department of the Company. In years 2006-2008 employed at A.T. Kearney Sp. z o.o. Appointed to the position of the Vice President for Strategy of PGNiG SA on the 12 March 2008.
He served on supervisory boards of the following companies: Energy Market Agency in Warsaw (Agencja Rynku Energii S.A.), Poszukiwania Naftowe „Diament" Sp. z o.o. based in Zielona Góra, Mazowiecka Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, InterTransGas GmbH based in Potsdam.
Currently, sits on EuRoPol Gaz Supervisory Board and PGNiG Norway Board of Director. -
Sławomir Hinc - Vice President for Finance
Sławomir Hinc graduated from the University of Gdańsk where he earned a degree in economics. He also studied in Austria at Wirtschaftsuniversität in Vienna and in Germany at Technische Fachhochschule in Berlin. He received a PhD degree in Technical Sciences in a field of gas engineering form Warsaw University of Technology.
He worked in the Audit and Business Consulting Unit of Arthur Andersen Polska (1998-2000) and in Andersen Business Consulting where he led team simplementing projects for clients from the energy sector.
In years 2004-2008 held the position of Financial Director in OGP Gaz-System SA and acted also as a proxy of the company. He was involved in the creation of secondary legislation accompanying the Energy Law. At the Warsaw University of Technology and the Post-Graduate Gas Engineering School at this University, he lectures on gas transport, tariff systems and gas market regulation.

Marek Karabuła - Vice-President for Gas and Trade
Has obtained a Masters degree in economic studies. He graduated in 1996 from Management Faculty of Akademia Ekonomiczna in Cracow. From January till July 2010 has been a Vice-President of the Management Board of Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu SA. Since January 2008 till January 2010 he has been CEO of Nafta Polska SA In the period from December 2005 to October 2006 he was a member of the Management Board in Rafineria Trzebinia SA; from March 2006 to October 2006 he was a member of Management Board of ORLEN Oil Sp. z o.o.; from December 2004 to October 2005 he was Vice-president of the Management Board of Browary Polskie Brok-Strzelec S.A.; from October 2003 to September 2004 he was Vice-president of the Management Board of AUTOSAN SA; from December 2000 to January 2002 he was Vice-president of the Management Board of Browary Dolnośląskie Piast SA; from December 1994 to October 2000 he was Vice-president of the Management Board of Browary Okocim SA. In 2005 he passed the exam for candidates for members of Supervisory Board in state-owned companies. From November 18th 2008 till July 19th 2010 has been a member of the Supervisory Board of PGNiG. On May 12th 2010 the Supervisory Board decided to delegate Mr Marek Karabuła, a member of the Supervisory Board, to act as Vice-President of the Management Board responsible for Gas and Trade from June 1st 2010 until August 31st 2010.

Mirosław Szkałuba - Vice President for Labour Issues and Restructuring
Has been employed in PGNiG since 1994. Until 2005 he worked as a specialist in design, supervision and accounting for exploration operations in the Field Exploration Department. Was a deputy manager of the Drilling Supervision unit at the Branch in Sanok. In 2005 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company on behalf of the employees.
