Mieczysław Puławski - Chairman of the Audit Committee
Professor Mieczysław Puławski - an associate professor at the Warsaw School of Economics and at the Lazarski School of Commerce and Law in Warsaw, a graduate of the Faculty of International Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics. From 1977 to 1978 he studied at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences in Basel.
From 1982 to 1988 he worked as the adviser of the President of the National Bank of Poland and from 1989 to 1992 as the adviser for the Minister of Finance. He was also the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Gecobank S.A. and a member of Supervisory Board in the following companies: the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the 11th National Investment Fund, ELIMARS.A. Brokerage House, Upper Silesian Investment Funds Association and Pekao Leasing sp. z o.o. Currently, he is a member of the Supervisory Board of Matrix S.A. and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Investors Investment Funds Association SA. Besides, he is a member of the Examination Board for candidates for investment advisers and a president of Opinion Committee at the Chairman of the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission. He is also an expert for the Sejm commissions and a president of the Curricula Commission at the Warsaw Schoolof Economics.
Currently, he is in charge of the Chair of Capital Markets at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Grzegorz Banaszek - Member of the Audit Committee
He is a graduate of the University of Warsaw (Faculty of Organization and Management) and the Warsaw School of Economics.
Since the beginning, his professional career has been centred around the capital market - he has worked with a large number of financial institutions. Currently, he is serving as member of the management board of CIECH Finance sp. z o.o. He has experience of serving on the supervisory bodies of a number of companies, including Rabobank Polska SA, IX NFI im. E. Kwiatkowskiego SA, Koksownia Przyjaźń sp. z o.o., ZPP w Krapkowicach SA, Polna SA, PKL sp. z o.o. and Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu SA.

Jolanta Siergiej - Member of the Audit Committee
Ms Siergiej received Master's Degree inEconomics from the Szczecin University of Technology, majoring in Economics and Organisation of Production (1985). Additionally, Ms Siergiej completed postgraduate studies in Accounting and Finance at the Poznań University of Economics (1998) and postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics' Academy of European and Polish Corporate Law (2007). Ms Siergiej holds the title of third-degree Mining Director.
Jolanta Siergiej participated in numerous specialist courses and trainings inaccountancy, tax legislation and management, including a course for candidates for chartered auditors and tax advisors. Ms Siergiej served on the Supervisory Boards of Geofizyka Kraków sp. z o.o. (1998 - 2000) and Poszukiwania Naftowe "Diament" sp. z o.o. (2001 - 2002).
Ms Siergiej has been employed at the Zielona Góra Branch of PGNiG, where she has held the position of Chief Accountant since1995. The highlights of her previous professional career include work at the Tax Chamber in Zielona Góra and at the Zielona Góra branch of Bank Handlowy.
